Returns
We offer a 2-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first will not be
accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 7 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- All tags must remain attached.
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
